For lang tid fra besvaret kald til kunden kommer igennem til agenten
Det ser umiddelbart ud til at man ikke selv kan ændre på det. Foreslår en mulighed for at ændre på den tid og/eller at I ændre standard til at kaldet kommer igennem til agent, så snart agent har besvaret kaldet.

Status på afsendte telefonbeskeder
Vi sender tit telefonbeskeder via mail vedr. ubesvarede telefonopkald. Det ville være rart, hvis man senere kunne se hvem man har sendt telefonbeskederne til.

Bedre overblik over aktive agenter
Det kunne være vildt fedt med en knap til at skjule inactive agenter, så man hurtigt får et overblik over hvem der er aktiv, hvis man lige skal logge af telefonen. Eller hvis man kunne sortere så de aktive agenter altid stod øverst på listen under...

Presented call transfer to agent
At the moment it is not possible to make a presented call transfer to another webagent - only a simple transfer without talking to the other agent first. A big wish from Heimstaden :-)

Callback er stille indtil kald besvares af kunde
KAB har brug for der er en opringningstone, eller musik indtil forbindelse oprettes. KAB needs a ring tone or music until connection is established.

Detailed failover statistics
We can see when call is labeled as Queue Failover ... but it is missing the info from what queueu was it failover, is it possible to make that visable in the client?

Bulk update agent groups
You can create a group atm and manuel add users, 1 by 1. It would be alot easier to add multiple people through group, location, street or even with a csv file.

Manuel styring af status
Det skal meget gerne være muligt at kunne "gøre" sig "ledig" til at kunne modtage opkald, hvis et møde slutter før tid.
