Force agents to be in "AutoAccept" mode - Mobile Agent

As it is today, when using mobile agent - Agents will not hear incoming calls. That's why tis is very important. An Admin should have the possibility to force agents to be in AutoAccept mode

    Hej Thomas,

    Vi har et spg. til denne i forhold til hvad der menes med "Force".

    Er ønsket at man som agent så ikke kan ændre sin distribution mode til fx. offer og manual? Så det er admin som bestemmer at de agenter altid skal have autoaccept på?
