Nedenstående er under udvikling, og bliver released uge 48.

Minimum requirements:

As a supervisor, I would like to be able to automatically send my customized statistic reports to an e-mail address.

I should receive an attached PDF file of the report

I would like to define the following parameters for the functionality:

• Define recurrence of the reports to be sent (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Be able to name the report

• Be able to send any available report

• Be able to enter more than one one’s email address (the report could need to be distributed to people without login access)

• Be able to edit the setup (delete, change)

Nice to have/future requirements:

• The email should also contain the URL link - but the user will still have to login.

Further functionality:

• Time of the day (e.g. if the report should be sent twice a day to follow performance?)

Der arbejdes på at få sendt rapporten som CSV fil, dette er i design fasen, og pt. undersøger vi hvornår vi kan release det.

As a supervisor, I would need to receive the statistics through email in a CSV format, in order to export the data for further analysis of data in other tools.

Be able to receive one e-mail, with multiple reports (e.g. if a supervisor has 100 queues, instead of receiving 100 emails a day, they could receive 1 email a day with all information)

Vi er i gang med at kigge på en løsning til denne.

Når jeg har fået godkendt alle mine ønsker, vender jeg med jer det som kan blive udviklet så vi er sikre på vi får en løsning som kan bruges inden vi udvikler det.
