Configuration to federate available status (calendar, mobile, teams...) to Agent status
If agent is using teams phone as agent device and the “Teams presence” is indicating busy then
this status should be federated to the “Agent status” as the agent should not be offered the call.
Same goes for other sources like status from mobile and calendar.
It should be configurable what sources should be federated to the “Agent status”.
But also the other way around. When busy in Webagent, then the agent, also should be busy in a call, in Teams Client.
Status already available in Zylinc Mobile Client ! Must be a small technical modification.
