    Ja, genvejstast til kold omstilling til kollegas mobiltelefon fra Web Agent, altså genvejstast til telefonrør med pil-ikonet. Meget stort ønske!

    Det som kunden mener, er at der mangler en genvejstast så man kan lave en kold viderestilling fra Novus Web Agent / New Agent til modtager af kaldet ?

    We are currently working on hotkeys in our web application, and will afterwards be able to take the mobile hotkeys into consideration.
