Supervisor feature - Håndtering af udlogget agenter

Som det er i dag, er det kun muligt med supervisor funktionen at melde indlogget agent IND/UD af køer. Et stort ønske er, at også kunne håndtere agenter som er logget af, for indlogning i køer m.v.

    I have promoted this to an Epic after our talks relating to the type of agents. We will be looking into building at tool that will include this feature among others.

    I would like to have the opportunity to be able to log agents (logged out agents!) into the system/queues

    We just want to make sure that we have understood your idea/need correctly.

    1. You have agents who are logged out of the system, and you would like to be able to log them into the system?

    2. You would like to be able to add queues in the pop up /edit overview of the agent, in order to assign the agent to another queue that is not visible on this list?

    3. Other use case?


    We hope you can elaborate on the use case scenario so we can understand the need correctly in order to find the right solution.
