Call Lookup - Number manipulation / Regex + Call offered/Ended

I 6.5 kan vi aktivere "Number manipulation" (Regex match) til Call Lookup. Dette anvendes til at ændre nummeret inden opslaget foretages i eksterne CRM systemer. Det bruges især hos bankerne og/eller hvis + tegnet ikke supporteres i CRM systemet. Derudover mangler der mulighed for automatisk opslag ved Call offered (samt Call Ended men dette bruges ikke i samme omfang)

    Number manipulation has so far only been added to URL lookup, but we will look to include it in our other lookup features. The "call offered" option can be included into our client as an alternative to the current version, and we will look into this during our improvement of the API and integration during next year.
