Hi.

We would very much like to have a prefix/suffix on our cellphone display for incoming calls that are routed through Zylinc. Not direct calls, but calls coming through the switchboard.

I know you can see this in the web agent, but we use cellphones and not headset.

We had this as customers at Telenor. When calls came in it looked like this in the display:

• First 8 digits is the number the call comes from.

• The hashtag means "Call coming from switchboard".

• The number "1" means "Administration"

• The number "4" means "Marketing queue"
