Could you get the system to open the call directly on Zylink when you receive a call? As it is now, the message arrives on the window one is working on the moment the call arrives. A team message is displayed, but this is also covered by Zylink message. This means you have to first close the Zylink message, click on teams message, and then locate the Zylink page to see who is calling.
