We really want to have a red dot or something like that on the Zylinc icon in the process line. When a colleague goes away from their seat, they set their phone to "inactive". When they return to their place, they forget to turn the phone back to "active". If there was a kind of sign or a red dot on the Zylinc icon in the processline, then we are able to see it and remember to react and set it back til "active".
