When searching for users on the Zylinc novus website, we get all external contacts mixed in, or in preferance before the users in our organization.
I'm trying to search for a user with the initials CTO, and those initials are also present in the beginning of his email. Due to GDPR reasons, I can't show you our external contacts email and 'Department' which we use as their company name (unless the user is within our organization)
But the 2 users above CTO / Christian Topsøe.
Kim has 'cto' in the beginning of his email, but something like this:
'ctoburger@something.com' - Not an exact match like 'cto@something.com'
Claus doesn't have 'cto' in his email, but it's something like this 'ct@something.com' his 'Department' is 'Cto something'
I find it curious why the user I'm searching for Christian Topsøe isn't the first result. So can we change it so external users get a lower priority in the searches?

Yes, we need to be able to search for contacts as well.
But we would prefer to have the 'Users' of Zylinc displayed first.
