Being able to set a time for a daily logout of all users who are currently logged in and assigned would help eliminate issues with users who forget to logout and therefore receive calls despite not being able to answer them.
Currently the way to solve this is to manually remove the logged-in users from 'Assigned User Profile' section of Configuration Manager.
The feature should be opt-in and preferably configurable per queue as to not mess with 24-7 support queues. An example would be having daily log-out at midnight that automatically takes all users offline who are currently logged in.
It would be great if everyone just remembered to log-off when they go home, but that isn't always what happens.
