Transfer call from one Zylinc agent to another Zylinc agent through Favorites

If I take a call and want to transfer it to one of colleges who also use Zylinc you cannot use the Favorite widget. It would be a great help if we also can transfer the call to another Zylinc from this widget.

As the program works the 3-dot functionality is often hidden because it is out of scope in the screen and you need to scroll to find the 3-dots option.

By using Favorites you can avoid the scrolling in the window
