Mulighed for "gruppering/kategorisering" af både Queues og Queue failover samt IVR menus

Ligesom på Custom Announcements, hvor der er mulighed for at oprette forskellige Category, så var dette også ønskeligt under Queues og Queue failover samt IVR menus.

Vi er en kommune med mange "indgange", så det kan hurtigt blive uoverskueligt at finde en Queue eller IVR, hvis ikke navngivningen af disse er meget præcise.


Just like on Custom Announcements, where it is possible to create different Categories, this was also desirable under Queues and Queue failover as well as IVR menus.

We are a municipality with many "entrances", so it can quickly become unmanageable to find a Queue or IVR if the naming of these is not very precise.

    Thanks for sharing your idea! It's definitely a good one. We'll take it into consideration, particularly when we're redesigning the queues. While it may not be implemented in the near future, it's valuable input for our roadmap. Appreciate your contribution!
