A short overview of either the current queue performance or/and individual performance as an option instead of the calendar view in the right corner. It could be as simple as the circle chart for ‘Received Calls’ from Activity Data.
It would be relevant with performance metrics that shows received calls, answered calls, and missed calls. This applies for both queue and individual level.

Is your organisation/team only using the receptionist view or are some also using the agent view?
Furthermore, we would need to know what performance metrics would be relevant for you on the queue and on individual level?
