It should be visible in the wallboard (and also in normal statistics if not all ready) to see calls received outside business hours.

The fundamental design of our solution will not support this. However, if the number is relevant, we can recommend creating a queue to collect the calls outside opening hours and then using failover "queue open" to play the closure announcement.
