Out Of Office information - In agent view

Hi - When a colleague has OOO configured - It would be very nice if that information was visible for webagents - especially in receptionist-view.

And maybe even be able to toggle between internal og external text info.

      We have the same request and if there is a choice between A and B, our preference would be message content.

      Hi Thomas,

      This is a great idea that we will push into the roadmap so we can show the OOO message in the webclient.

      We just need you to confirm if it is scenario A or B that you are looking for:

      A. the return date shall be displayed in the agent

      B. the content of the OOO message shall be visible in the webclient
