It should by now be possible to have default settings configured, like

Langauge (all settings like queue, soundfiles etc.)

Default opening hours profile

Default queue timer

etc.

      Hi Thomas,


      We are looking into ways to make queue and IVR configurations more efficient, and this suggestion is clearly one such way. So we have upgraded it to an epic for further development.
