We would like to be able to answer each others calls. For example if a call is connected to Angelica I want to be able to mark the call and be able to answer it.
This is a benefit towards our costumers because the queue time could be decreased. We have also had problems with the Zylinc when some of us tries to answer a call. The function to answer a call that from the start is not connected to you could also be helpful to relieve a bit of pressure and stress when a call is in queue even if you already have a call on the line.
