We shall be able to connect to another agent in Zylinc, so they receive the call in Zylinc and are able to transfer the call through Zylinc.
We are a lot that helps on the phone, and sometimes, we need to transfer a call to a colleague in the same queue.

You can currently use our agent tab to transfer calls to another agent. However we understand that this is not ideal, if you just want to use the general search field. Hence we are working on an update for the general overview, so that if you search a person who is an agent, the call will be transferred to his/her client instead of just the endpoint.
