If a web agent receives a call in offer or auto-accept mode, the other agents should be able to pickup/answer the call. This feature is available in Zylinc 6.5 and was enabled in most cases.
Yes that is correct - It is often needed and used where the agents work in a shared office space and they often do other task away from their pc, like attending the counter.
Can you take me through the use case? My understanding so far is: The agent recieving the call is for some reason unable to pick up. Other agents are available and knows about the incoming call. Currently they can't pickup those calls and the call will go unanswered. Is that understood correctly?
