Request for Update to the Reason Code Window

I would like to suggest an update to the Reason Code window used for call logging. Currently, the window is quite small and disappears too quickly, which can be challenging for users.

Would it be possible to enlarge the window and extend the time it remains open? These changes would greatly improve usability and efficiency for the team.

    The time the wrap-up view is open can be configured to your liking. You can add as many seconds to the view as you want. If you can stick the wrap-up for longer, is the view still too small or is it manageble?
