    Dear Brian,

    This is not a feature that we will support through the configuration manager, due to the limited customer request for this.

    Meanwhile, we will implement a process in aftersales that will support this need.

    Customers want their own voice presentation throughout the system, it's that simple. :-)

    We would like to know why the current system announcements when you press 9, don't work for your organization?

    Are there specific announcements that you would need to customize, or is it all, and why?

    Your answer will help us understand how we eventually could meet your needs.

    Now it is only possible to upload 1 message, which is the intro to the callback, but when you press "9" to accept the callback, several voice prompts will appear and you cannot change them as they are right now. It is these messages we want to be able to upload.

    We have been discussing your idea in product management, but need some more information in order to understand this need and find a good solution.

    Today our callback announcements consists of various steps (behind the scenes) in order to guide the user to provide the necessary information for calling back to the right number.


    What is the use case scenario to get a customized callback announcement?
