It would be nice to have a possibility to create your own phone book. for example: when you talk to agents on daily basis or people outside your company

    You can create shared contacts and make them favourites. You would get a little bit of that phone boo feel. I know that isn't "your own phone book", but it could be a solution. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to reach out on rbe@zylinc.com because I'm interested in understanding your situation, where er personal phone book would be more beneficial than a shared one.
