We need to be able to change people and see information using the arrow keys, so that we can quickly find the right person from the keywords

At the moment, you have to actively press on the person you want to see information on, it must be such that you can simply use the arrow keys to see the next person's information and keywords, as this way we can find the right person more quickly.

    Hi Jette,


    We absolutely should be able to use the arrow keys to change which contact info to show. We have promoted this idea to Epic, so we can include it in our ongoing Quality of Life improvements of the client.
