This would be a nice feature eg. for those customers who are using Teams as Agent Device - So when dialing out from webagent - you can call "directly" with click-to-dial function.

This idea will not be part of Web Agent, because the calls would be routed outside Novus.
The idea is though taken into consideration for the planned office worker application (operator).
