The scroll bar is very thin and hard to use when you search for someone, we would prefer if it was a little thicker.

Thank you for your idea. The scroll is designed so that you can place your mouse cursor anywhere in the search results field and by scrolling down and up, using the mouse scroll wheel results will change. Therefore there is no need to click on the scroll bar to move it.
In case you are using laptop touchpad, you can place your cursor anywhere in the search results and scroll ups and down.
