Many times our Reception needs to be able to redirect a call to a specific Title in a department, fx Head of, Director, Chief Project Manager or similar. In a department of 10 people it simply takes too much time opening one employee up at a time to figure out which one is the right person = unnecessary process time and waiting time for the caller.
Today Department can be shown, but Title is equally important.
