I want to point out that customers have been complaining about the lack of information when upgrades happen, We get emails from Tim for our customers when upgrades are planned.
However, we are not able to forward these mails to our customers and they dont reach all users / agents in time.
Can we have a banner or notice in the client about pending upgrades in the tenant?
Then you would do your due diligence and inform the customers about upgrades.
This is already in place in a way since it pops up when upgrades are done :)
Please consider this, and dont hesitate to reach out to me if anything.

We can certainly look into ways of detailing upgrades to a broader audience. These shoutouts do create a bit of friction, so let me think about how we can solve this in the best possible way.
Do you mind explaining why you can't forward Tim's email?
