We would need more precise description of the need as this can be build in many different ways:
shall it be a separate queue with higher prioritizations
based on the customer number/number range/customer ID assign a higher prioritization on the main queue
through IVR, enter a customer ID to skip the queue
Other?
Could you together with the customers describe how they expect the routing for VIP to be.
