Transfer call from Teams when using SimpleAgent

If you are using SimpleAgent with Teams as your agent device, and transfer a call from Teams, then the agent state remains busy until the call is ended.

It would be nice if the Agent was able to handle new calls upon a transfer from Teams.

    Nice - We're looking forward to that feature.
    Are there any pre-documentation for what the requirements will be, to be able t implement it? (Maybe some internal documents..)
