Sign out when queue closes

Hi, we have issues with users who forget to sign out when leaving the office, or isn't available the following day.

Would you be able to set a mark on the queue OR user that they are signed out after the queue closed.

    Hi Jacob,


    We will soon introduce a new feature on the configuration manager, where you can sign agents out of queues if they are currently using a license. Hopefully, this will solve the problem, but if not we will look into it further, and see if we need to implement more features to address this.
