Remove "Email" as mandatoy field when creating custom contact

When creating a custom contact under "Users and Contacts", the Email field is mandatory. This field is not always relevant when creating the contact, so we would like to remove this as a mandatory field.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, the system requires an email as mandatory input due to the case of AD import.
