The scroll bar is very thin and hard to use when you search for someone, we would prefer if it was a little thicker.

At the moment, you have to actively press on the person you want to see information on, it must be such that you can simply use the arrow keys to see the next person's information and keywords, as this way we can find the right person more quickly.

Når man bruger camp on busy og sender opkaldet videre, og opkaldet så ryger tilbage bliver der ikke vists hvem opkaldet blev sendt til. Dette gør det svært for receptionen da de ender i en akavet samtale om "hvem var det nu, du skulle have fat i?"

Aktivitets vinduet skal være mindre (=lavere, dvs. kun visning af 3 rækker) og Søg modulet tilsvarende kan vise flere søgeresultater.

Når man besvare kald på headset, så åbner Novus ikke. Kunne dette gøres og gerne som en option om man ønsker det eller ej.

Vi har ønsker fra brugere, som ønsker at kunne trække Statistik over, hvor man der evt. har tastet 1, 2 osv. i et Menuvalg (IVR) og ikke nødvendigvis ud til en Zylinc Queue.

We have the recording feature of calls, but we also wish the feature for Audio transcription of the recordings.
