Agent should be able to clear "wrap-up" before the time configured is expired
No reason for an agent to be in wrap-up mode, if the agent is ready to pick up calls before wrap-up time is expired. So a button to cancel wrap-up should be visible called "cancel wrap-up" or something like that :)

This problem is fixed in our latest version of Web Agent, where the user can choose to either extend or end the wrap-up.
