At the moment the presence federation from Microsoft Teams takes all busy presence states and federates to agent status. This should only be "in a call" since Microsoft Teams already federates calendar appointments from Outlook to Teams, so the "in a meeting" state should not federate to agent status since this is a seperate source in the Presence Federation settings. We have experienced endusers with meetings in their calendar that do not understand why they are "agent busy" in Zylinc - So it would help to change this setting.
